Featured Artist - Edmir Fernandes

Edmir has been living in Victoria since 2001, since he left Brazil. He has learned how to work judiciously as taught by his Visual Arts private instructors. Within the last 10 years he has completed nearly 100 canvases on different subjects and now he has a great desire to share with you his colourful work.
