Freight Policy

Island Blue has negotiated very competitive shipping rates with DHL and Canada Post so when shipping is charged we are confident that the rate will be very reasonable.

Vancouver Island & Greater Victoria

Orders over $250 will be shipped prepaid, orders under $250 will be shipped 'prepaid and charged' which means schools will be billed the amount of shipping on their invoice.

Mainland BC, Alberta & Saskatchewan

Orders over $500 will be shipped prepaid, orders under $500 will be shipped 'prepaid and charged' which means schools will be billed the amount of shipping on their invoice.

All Other Provinces and Territories

All orders regardless of dollar amount will be shipped 'prepaid and charged' which means schools will be billed the amount of shipping on their invoice. For a freight estimate, please contact bettyann.lampman@islandblue.com

Back Orders

Merchandise not in stock at time of shipment will be placed on back order and will be so designated on your packing slip and invoice. If you do not wish an item to be back ordered, or are willing to accept a substitution please indicate when ordering. Back orders will be shipped as soon as possible and will be freight prepaid to your school. Any back orders under $10.00 will be cancelled.
